| independent study |
This is a form of study done outside the classroom in a students own time which requires a lot of motivation but also offers the student more freedom and control over their education. Most courses will expect the student to do this at some point. |

Statistical methods that are used to draw conclusions about the wider population from which the data are collected. |
| interpersonal skills |
The skills that a person uses to communicate and interact with other people. |
